Edward is the founder and CEO of Collaborative Supply Chains, a global consulting company dedicated to transitioning supply chains to collaborative and strategic ones with Supplier Collaborative Cost Models as the foundation.
Edward's expertise and innovative strategies have earned him the reputation of a leading pioneer in the industry’s move towards fast-moving and highly responsive supply chains. His insights are highly sought after, and he frequently shares his strategies at prestigious institutions such as Michigan State University and Wayne State University.
Edward has developed, launched, and managed collaborative open book cost engineering programs with CPOs and their supply chain organizations of some of the largest and most successful global companies, including Phillips Health Care, General Motors, Ford, BMW, Lear, TRW Safety Systems, ZF automotive systems, Dana, Nexteer, Joyson, Roush Performance Vehicles, John Deere, Delphi, Magna, Aptiv Electrical Systems, McDonald's, Doosan & Bobcat, and Sensata.
Edward graduated from the University of Michigan, College of Engineering.
